Mr. Scriven is an experienced criminal trial lawyer and Florida native. After graduating with his law degree
from the University of Florida he began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County.
During his years as an attorney, Mr. Scriven has handled over 1,000 criminal cases. He has successfully
tried over 100 trials to verdict- from DUI's to major Drug cases. He has the experience of over 100
probation revocation hearings, motions to suppress and bond hearings. Mr. Scriven has also written
several criminal defense appeals.
